OTB Paint Parties

These specialized and unique Paint Parties are for the kids who like to CREATE!  Guests are invited to explore their creative and artistic side while making memories on canvases and getting messy!  These parties are for the kids who like to get messy! An experience of discovery will take place as children go on a “tactile” journey and build their own unique masterpieces to take home (the ultimate party favor!).  Paint materials are optional and include paint canvases, cardboard structures, foil painting, and more.  This is NOT your average or typical balloon-animal, face-painting party!  This is a celebration to be remembered!  Paint Parties aren’t just for Birthdays – they are great for holiday get-together’s, adult events that require a kid’s entertainment station and/or religious celebrations.  Two “Paint Party Professionals” will facilitate your event for 2 hours of time.  Maximum 15 children.  All paint, tools and accessories are provided.  We even do the clean up!

More Important Information:

• OTB Families are defined as being currently enrolled in a Field Session or obtaining an OTB Center Membership.

• Payment must be received no later than 2 weeks before the party date to secure your spot.

• We do not do parties at De Anza Park in Calabasas.

• We do not do parties in Parks where we do not have access to electricity.

• We cannot accommodate a party with more than 20 children for this type of party.

• We send one (1) Teacher and one (1) Assistant to all Parties.

• We strongly encourage you to schedule us to come to your party 1 hour after its start time, as we cannot wait for your guests to arrive.  Please take this into consideration when deciding what time you would like us to start your Paint Party.

• Parties and celebrations will be placed on our calendar when payment is received in full and the Party In-Take Form has been received.

• Parties further than a 25 mile radius from our OTB Center in Woodland Hills will be charged an additional $25 fee for transportation costs.

• There are no refunds offered for this service.

• We cannot do parties in locations that are difficult to get to, to load, unload, etc. (stairs, elevators, etc.)

• Any fees to park for the party is charged as an additional fee to the party host.
