OTB Rain Policy

OTB does not teach classes when it rains OR when the ground is wet. This policy has been put in place due to increased liability under these conditions.  There is more of a risk of the teachers and/or Assistants slipping and falling while transporting class equipment in and out of the classroom setting when the ground is wet.  This policy has been dictated by our Insurance Underwriters. We use much more equipment than most similar programs, and because of this we need to be more conscious of risk factors.  Because all the teachers are all traveling from the Valley, traffic is usually more challenging in this regard as well.  

 

Any classes cancelled due to rain will be credited to the end of the class session.  Refunds are not offered for this reason. We apologize.
